Currency Fluctuations

For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.  Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card.  Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Policies
Cancel Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give the hotel notice 24 hours local time prior to arrival.

No-shows and any cancellations received within 24 hours will incur a standard one night accommodation charge. The cancellation policy will vary based on the rate plan and/or booking date(s).

Cheque Acceptance Policy
We regret that cheques are not accepted as method of payment.

Connecting Room Policy
The hotel does not offer connecting rooms. However, we accept requests for adjoining rooms. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.

Currency Policy
The hotel is happy to exchange all foreign currencies listed on official exchange rates. Both cash and traveller’s checks are accepted.  No money or advance cash purchase is permitted.

Early Departure Policy
We are pleased to accommodate early departures when requested 24 hours in advance.

Early departures received within 24 hours will incur a standard one night accommodation charge.

Early Arrival Policy
While we are pleased to guarantee early arrival, a supplementary fee will apply. To ensure availability, please make your request as early as possible.

Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request in either Grand Deluxe Rooms or Suites. Grand Deluxe Rooms can hold one extra bed and Suites can hold two.

• Extra beds and cribs are complimentary for children under two-years-old.
• Extra beds for children between the ages of two and 12 are available for a daily fee of €30,00.
• Extra beds for children over 12-years-old and adults are available for a daily fee of €89,00.

For security reasons, we do not provide sheets, covers, or pillows for cribs.

Gift Certificate Policy
We are pleased to accept gift certificates and will do our best to accommodate guests' requested dates for redemption. However, requested dates will be subject to availability at time of booking, unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. To book a gift certificate reservation, please call the hotel directly, as certain conditions may apply.

ID Requirement
All guests must present identification and passport at check-in.

Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request.

In the case of a late check-out before 3pm, an additional 15% rate will apply.  For check-outs after 5pm, a 25% rate will apply. For check-outs after 6pm a 100% rate will apply.

Pet Policy
While we greatly appreciate our guests' four-legged companions, we do not accept pets at this time.

Payment Policy
A non-guest wishing to pay for a guest in the hotel must fax or e-mail a copy of the front and back of the credit card prior to the guest's arrival. Please specify which charges can be charged to the credit card.

Company Invoices: Companies should contact the hotel in order to determine if they can be invoiced. Those who qualify for invoicing should send a fax specifying the charges they would like to have billed. Those who do not qualify will be sent a Proform invoice, which must be paid prior to the guest’s arrival.

Smoking Policy
We are pleased to accommodate requests for Smoking or Non-smoking guest rooms.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of the hotel's public spaces. There are, however, smoking rooms and a designated smoking bar.

Visa/Passport Policy
All guests are required to present a valid identity card or passport at check-in. No other documents (e.g. Driver’s License or Student Card) will be accepted as a valid form of ID.

Waitlist Policy
Hotel does offer a waitlist. Please contact the hotel directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
